Card Distribution
Once every player places the compulsory boot amount into the pot, the dealer distributes three cards face down to each player, one card at a time in clockwise order.

Three cards of the same suit that are not in sequence. High card breaks ties.
Two cards of the same rank plus one kicker card. A-A-K is the highest Pair.
Three unmatched cards. Ranked by the single highest card in the hand.
Turns proceed clockwise starting from the player next to the dealer. On your turn, you can choose to play as a Blind player or a Seen player, then bet accordingly or fold.

You bet without looking at your cards. A Blind bet costs half as much as a Seen bet, keeping risk balanced against lower information.
You view your 3 cards first. Seen players must match double the current Blind wager (or match equal Seen stakes) to remain in the round.
Show / Comparison
When only two active players remain in the round, either player can pay for a Show. Both players reveal their cards, and the higher-ranked hand wins the entire pot.
Side Show / Compromise
Ties & Identical Hands
A Seen player can request a private card comparison with the previous Seen player. If accepted, the player with the weaker hand must fold silently.
In a final Show where hands are completely identical in rank and kickers, the player who paid for the Show loses, or the pot is split depending on platform rules.
